INITIAL OPERATION
- Make sure drip bucket is in place
- Rinse pre-seasoned griddle
- Fill hopper with pellets
- Place 1/4 cup pellets into fire pot
- Re-install components and griddle
- Run at MEDIUM heat for 1 hour
- Lid can be open or closed
CLEANING GRIDDLE
- Pour 2 cups of water onto griddle
- Scrape debris into grease tray
