Below are a couple of common areas to check for causes of power failure:
Check to see if the GFI Switch or Breaker is flipped. (We always recommend running our grills on a GFI/GFCI outlet)
If you are using an extension cord, try running the grill directly off the outlet. Doing so will remove the extension cord as a variable.
Check the outlet using another device. There is a chance that it’s the outlet itself.
If the outlet passes step 3, there is likely something within the grill causing the outlet or breaker to trip. To find out exactly what is causing this, call our customer support line and we will be happy to troubleshoot.
