Small Package Items:
Tracking information is emailed to you once the shipping label is created. In some instances, the label is created before the item is picked up by the carrier. If you are attempting to track a package immediately after receiving the tracking number, and nothing is appearing, or you are getting an error, please give it 1-2 business days.
Freight Orders:
In cases of freight orders, (anything larger than a Bullseye), tracking doesn’t show progress for 2-3 days. If you receive a tracking number on a freight order, it has likely been picked up by the freight carrier but won’t show tracking progress until the skid arrives at the first shipping terminal.
Special Circumstances:
The time windows laid out above indicate average timelines. These do not include special circumstances. Below are a few situations where timelines are not possible to predict:
Backorders:
When some or all your orders, particularly in cases of warranty parts, are on backorder, a shipping label might be created in advance. In these instances, shipping times are unpredictable. If there is a shipping label created for an out-of-stock item, your place in line has been saved, and orders will be fulfilled when the items come back into inventory.
Holidays:
Most people are aware that shipping companies are highly taxed during holiday seasons. All shipping times during high volume e-commerce holidays will be exaggerated based on the capacity restraints the shipping companies must endure. Rest assured, recteq does everything it can to prepare orders for shipment as quickly as possible. Shipping times will vary greatly, and your patience in these times is extremely appreciated.
