You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). recteq, LLC reserves the right to withhold any applicable shipping charges, plus a 15% re-stocking fee, from the refund amount of any returned order that is not the result of an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us at our customer service number (706) 922-0890, and one of our team members will assist you with our return procedure. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Unfortunately, some items are not subject to return. Primarily, perishables and worn apparel.
- All rubs and sauces are not subject to be returned. If you receive a perishable item that has been damaged or is somehow compromised through shipping, contact us and we will be happy to investigate and resolve it accordingly.
- Apparel that has been worn will not be eligible to be returned.
- Sear kits, griddles, grill mats, interior shelves etc. Are all eligible for return within 30 days of purchase unless cooked on. Keep in mind these items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charge. Once these cooking accessories have been in contact with food, they are no longer a returnable item. Be sure the accessory is the one you intended to purchase before using it for cooking.
