Receiving an ER-3 error code on your Bullseye/Wi-Fi controller means the grill is overheating or your RTD probe has failed.
Causes
- A grease fire can cause the grill to show the ER-3 error code.
- If you turn on your grill, there is no fire, and it shows ER-3, it may be an issue with your RTD probe.
Solutions
- In the event of a grease fire, please remain calm and leave the lid shut.
- Contact customer support. You may need an RTD probe.
**Disclaimer - If you are using a 680/300 non-WIFI controller - Please refer to the ER-1 article, as these codes are reversed. **
