COOKING:

Set Bullseye to desired temperature. Allow pan to get hot. Add a small amount of cooking oil.  You are now ready to cook.

CLEANING:

When finished cooking, turn Bullseye OFF and discard any remaining food using a non-abrasive tool (not steel wool). Rinse with water and wipe pan clean. For serious cleaning, heat water and mild soap on high for 6-8 minutes. Turn off and let cool completely. Scrub with non-abrasive tool, then discard water and wipe dry.



STORAGE:
Store your  Matador cooking pan out of the elements in a cool, dry area out of reach of children.


***The Matador is NOT designed to be a deep-fryer. Please do not put more than ONE GALLON of oil  in the  pan. ONE GALLON is the MAXIMUM safe amount of oil for the Matador Pan. ***
