VPN:

If you have a VPN on your phone, temporarily disable it as it will block the grill from connecting. Once the grill is connected, you can re-enable the VPN.

Note: If you don’t know what that is or don’t know if you have one, you more than likely, will not have a VPN as it is something you have to put on.

Firewall/Security Related Settings:

It doesn’t come up often, but there are certain occasions where the grill is being blocked/prevented from joining the network. This usually happens when firewall settings are at their maximum, or a feature such as MAC filtering is being used. If you believe this may be the case, you will need to sign into your router gateway and check these settings. If you’re having trouble navigating to/through the gateway, please contact your ISP for further assistance.
