Press and hold down the settings button until the screen displays 1-AUG with a second number in the bottom left-hand corner. This number is your feed rate. The factory setting for feed rate depends on the model of the grill
Click the settings button and the screen will display 2-OFS with a second number in the bottom left-hand corner. This number represents the grill’s offset. The offset may be adjusted in single increments from -25 to 25 by turning the controller nob left (down) or right (up).
Click the settings button and the screen will display 3-PrA with a temperature reading in the bottom left-hand corner. This is the calibration screen for Probe A. [Insert link to probe calibration video/article]
Click the settings button and the screen will display 4-PrB with a temperature reading in the bottom left-hand corner. This is the calibration screen from Probe B. [Insert link to probe calibration video/article]
To exit settings, press and hold down the settings button until the display clears.
NOTE: Feed rate DOES NOT affect how fast or slow the auger turns. It is a frequency setting. All recteq auger motors are single speed.
NOTE: Adjusting the offset in settings does not affect the actual temperature of the grill. It adjusts how the actual temperature is displayed by a percentage (-25% to 25% in single increments). Adjusting the offset is not recommended as an active solution while troubleshooting.
