1. Press and hold down the settings button until the screen displays 1-AUG with a second number in the bottom left-hand corner. This number is your feed rate. The factory setting for feed rate depends on the model of the grill
  2. Click the settings button and the screen will display 2-OFS with a second number in the bottom left-hand corner. This number represents the grill’s offset. The offset may be adjusted in single increments from -25 to 25 by turning the controller nob left (down) or right (up).
  3. Click the settings button and the screen will display 3-PrA with a temperature reading in the bottom left-hand corner. This is the calibration screen for Probe A. [Insert link to probe calibration video/article]
  4. Click the settings button and the screen will display 4-PrB with a temperature reading in the bottom left-hand corner. This is the calibration screen from Probe B. [Insert link to probe calibration video/article]
  5. To exit settings, press and hold down the settings button until the display clears.

NOTE: Feed rate DOES NOT affect how fast or slow the auger turns. It is a frequency setting. All recteq auger motors are single speed.

NOTE: Adjusting the offset in settings does not affect the actual temperature of the grill. It adjusts how the actual temperature is displayed by a percentage (-25% to 25% in single increments). Adjusting the offset is not recommended as an active solution while troubleshooting.
